1. Brief introduction
For short, jaw breaking, this series jaw crusher has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, uniform grain size, simple structure, reliable work, easy maintenance and operation cost. This series of jaw crusher is widely used in many departments such as mine, smelting, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry and so on, crushing all kinds of materials with compressive strength less than 320 MPa.
2. The use and scope of jaw crusher:
1. This series of jaw crusher is mainly used in metallurgical, mining, chemical, cement, building, refractory and ceramics and other industrial departments for medium and fine crushing and crushing of various hard ore and rock.
2. The series jaw crusher is most suitable for crushing all kinds of soft and hard ore with compressive strength not higher than 300MPa (Zhao Pa). The maximum block degree of the broken material must not be more than the specification of the technical parameter table.
3. Working principle of jaw crusher:
The working mode of this series jaw crusher is a curved extrusion type. Its working principle is that the motor drives the belt and the pulley to move the moving jaw through the eccentric axis, and when the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thus pushing the movable jaw to close to the fixed jaw plate, and the material is crushed or chopped at the same time. When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw is smaller. The movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring, and the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of motor, the mobile jaw is broken and discharged for periodic movement to achieve mass production.
