The vertical mill of raw material is used for grinding cement raw material or cement clinker and other industrial materials such as construction, chemical and ceramic. It has a series of advantages, such as small volume, light weight, less land occupation, low electricity consumption, long life and so on. Therefore, it has been widely used in industrial developed countries in recent years.
Performance characteristics of vertical mill for raw material:
The efficiency of grinding is high. Adopting advanced material layer grinding principle, the power consumption of the system is twenty to thirty percent higher than that of the ball mill. With the increase of raw material moisture, the electricity saving effect is more significant.;
The drying ability is great. The material can be dried by using hot air from kiln, and can be dried and ground at the same time by grinding raw materials with moisture up to 15%.
The equipment has small area and simple process. HRM vertical grinding set, drying, grinding, powder selection, transportation as one, without the other equipment for drying, powder selection, lifting and other equipment, the workshop area is only 70% of the ball mill system, space only accounts for 50 to 60%.
Low noise, less dust and clean operating environment. The grinding roller and disc are not directly contacted when running, and there is no metal impact. The noise is 20~25 dB lower than that of the ball mill. The system adopts totally sealed negative pressure operation without dust and clean production environment.
Low wear and small product pollution. Metal wear is generally only 5 to 10g/t products, and the metal contamination of products is small.
The roll sleeve can be used for turning face, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life and reducing the production cost. Convenient operation and maintenance
Grinding products are stable in chemical composition and uniform in particle size, which is beneficial to calcination.
