SYSPEED 2500 t/d GRATE COOLER
In the 2500T/D grate cooler project, our company adopts the following reliable, latest and practical technology in this design:
(1) The first chamber (which is the key to effective cooling and determines the second and third air temperature) adopts the double-inclined 7-row stepped aerated beam air supply technology (Portland Step). When the Angle of adjacent steps is almost the same as that of the traditional type, the overall Angle is increased by nearly 6° (overall 20°~22°, adjustable during installation); The "inflatable + power" grate plate with independent intellectual property rights is adopted. Because it has the function of "clearing root", it can effectively prevent "making a snowman". Refine the gas supply unit, the traditional five rows (5 ~ 9 to abroad now, and there are increasing trend), left and right sides are connected to swept central (uniform distribution of clinker, entrance to form stable clinker layer) and high efficient area, detailed the gas supply unit, can send wind to where it is most needed to realize the high efficiency cooling, avoid wasting, at the same time also save air volume, This is the fundamental reason why the air volume per clinker of the new grate cooler can be gradually reduced. The technical level of this area is synchronized with that of foreign professional grate cooler manufacturers and has developed and innovated (such as reducing the width of blanking area and reducing the segregation phenomenon in the process of clinker decline).
(2) The 10 rows of the second room are all inflatable beams (both fixed and movable beams are inflatable), which breaks the traditional old structure of only inflatable 4 rows. It is closer to the mainstream design guiding ideology of foreign refined air supply units, realizing saving, reasonable and effective wind use, and reaching the advanced level of similar foreign products. We adopted Mulden Plate with high resistance and low leakage. The performance requirements of the grate Plate changed from "heat resistant" to "wear-resistant". The thermal stress of the grate Plate can be effectively released and the service life of the grate Plate can be significantly prolonged. The sealing of the compensation device of the movable expansion joint is very reliable, and the sealed fan set has the dual role of "sealing air + sealing material", which is the concept we put forward in China, and explore the "best pressure difference" between the two. This area is our original design, close to the advanced level of similar foreign products.
(3) 3 rooms 7 rows of fixed beam with inflatable beam technology (CCS) Japan chichibu cooling machine joint cooling system, this is our first in China for 3 rooms the structure of the innovation design (chichibu for one room), at the same time with high resistance and low leakage container type inflatable grate plate, can provide the operator with more production regulation control, process control means; The three-chamber movable beam adopts chamber air supply, but we use low leakage grate plate and adopt transverse lap technology (Mulden lap plate) between grate plate and grate plate, which reduces leakage by more than 2/3.
(4) The four-chamber fixed beam adopts Fishbone Aeration, which has a certain operation "readjustment" effect on the unequal thickness distribution of clinker layers entering the second grate bed. This structure is not available in the traditional grate cooler, which increases the means of production (process) adjustment for the operator. "Fish bone spur" air supply grate also adopts high resistance low leakage box type inflatable grate. Other grate plates adopt low leakage grate plates (Mulden Plate with separate chamber air supply and leakage resistance).
(5) Low-leakage grate plates (Mulden plates for air supply and anti-leakage) are used in chambers 5 and 6.
(6) All grate plates in the whole grate bed adopt low-leakage grate plates of the same advanced level as foreign countries, completely cancelling the traditional "hole grate plate", realizing low leakage and efficient (saving wind) cooling, and keeping the technical level synchronized with foreign countries.
(7) The above structural characteristics of the grate cooler have extremely flexible adaptability and convenience, no matter for the adjustment of post workers or to meet the combustion conditions of the process. Whether burning bituminous coal or anthracite, it will play an extremely important role in the stability of the production and quality of the rotary kiln system and in reducing the heat consumption of the system.
